The purpose of the Experts Meeting on Corruption Risks Management in the Health Sector was to raise awareness among participants of the importance of governance and fighting corruption in the health sector in order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and implementing the United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC), as well as to strengthen capacities by introducing an innovative approach to assess the risks of corruption within the health sector.
