The Regional Electoral Support Project for Middle East and North Africa, in partnership with St. Joseph University Beirut and UNDP Lebanon Electoral Assistance Project, is running a pilot course entitled “Electoral Systems: a Comparative Perspective”. The course is a participatory learning initiative for electoral practitioners and USJ master degree students on the essentials of the structure and functions of electoral systems from a comparative international perspective, and understanding the practical use of electoral systems as instruments for inclusion, representation and delivery capacity of democratic governments. The course will be inducted in English with reliance on technology usage throughout the course days.
