The project in partnership with St. Joseph University in Beirut will organize its third course entitled “Electoral Systems: a Comparative Perspective which will take place from 29-31 October in Beirut. The course, which has become highly popular in the university program, is a participatory learning experience for graduates interested in exploring the essentials of the structure and functions of electoral systems from a comparative international perspective, and understanding the practical use of electoral systems as instruments for inclusion, representation and delivery capacity of democratic governments. The course reviews the structure and functions of electoral systems from a comparative international perspective, and will support participants understanding of the practical use of electoral systems as instruments for inclusion, representation and delivery capacity of democratic governments.
